I'm always on the go…. I often find myself running around in circles like a chicken with my head cut off, trying to get things done, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I have the best friends a person could ever ask for and a community that has always been there to help and support me.

I don't believe in regretting anything you've done, because from everything, we grow and learn. I've been through some rough patches in my life, but it's not that I've been through…. It's how I've gotten through that matters.

My life often revolves around my involvement and passion for the Arts, especially music and theatre. In them, I have found an escape from the world in to a world where everything can be perfect. If you really want me to geek, let's talk jazz.

I live with my mom and dad, an exchange student from China whom we call Kevin, and my Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Snickerdoodle. My family and I may not always get along and I may not always like them, but I'll always love them.

I'm happily taken by my girlfriend of three months, Andrea. Yes, I have a girlfriend, and yes, I'm a lesbian. I suppose that's part of why I'm so passionate about making a difference…. I see the persecution that people go through every day for being something that they cannot change: different.

I am very involved in my community. The following are some of the organizations that I'm involved in: Interact, El Pomar Youth In Community Service (EPYCS), Gay-Straight Alliance, the United Church of Christ, International Thespian Society, Primo Voce, Northridge Voices (Jazz Octet), Competitive Speech (Three-time District Champion :)) and Parents & Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG). I am also involved in getting a Lambda Center started in the Greeley area.
